By using our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or enroll in our courses.

2. Placement Assistance

Cyberbase Academy offers placement assistance as a support service (including resume reviews and mock interviews). Note: We do not guarantee job placements. Employment depends entirely on the candidate's performance and the hiring company's criteria.

3. Enrollment & Payment

• Accuracy: You must provide truthful information during registration.
• Fees: All fees must be paid according to the chosen schedule. Failure to pay installments will result in immediate termination of course access.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our training, we have a No Refund Policy.

4. User Conduct & Intellectual Property

All content provided is the property of Cyberbase Academy. You are prohibited from:

• Recording or distributing course lectures/materials.
• Sharing login credentials with others.
• Using our content for any commercial purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cyberbase Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any technical issues on the platform.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh.
