Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Cyberbase Academy. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all online courses, training programs, and services offered. By enrolling in any course or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Courses, immediate access to proprietary learning materials, and the allocation of training resources, Cyberbase Academy does not offer refunds under any circumstances once enrollment is confirmed. This applies to full payments, installments, and promotional enrollments.

2. Duplicate Payments (Gateway Protection)

In case of a duplicate payment (where a user is charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch), the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days after verification.

If a Participant chooses to discontinue or withdraw from a Course for any personal reason after enrollment, no refund or fee adjustment will be provided.

5. Course Access

Sharing, recording, or reselling course content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
