Refund and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Cyberbase Academy. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all online courses, training programs, and services offered. By enrolling in any course or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Courses, immediate access to proprietary learning materials, and the allocation of training resources, Cyberbase Academy does not offer refunds under any circumstances once enrollment is confirmed. This applies to full payments, installments, and promotional enrollments.

• Failure to pay an installment by the due date may result in temporary suspension of access to classes and support.
• If the balance is not cleared within the specified grace period, the enrollment will be cancelled permanently. Previous installments are non-refundable.

4. Voluntary Withdrawal

If a Participant chooses to discontinue or withdraw from a Course for any personal reason after enrollment, no refund or fee adjustment will be provided.

5. Course Access

Sharing, recording, or reselling course content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
